STATBD has its own HRD policy in the field of IT. Several programs have been undertaken in this regard.
- Learn by doing software projects which develops trainee by learning software through doing projects not only by learning programming syntax; introduction the methods, within three to four months of training, a trainee become a complete programmer.
- Providing training about Basics of Computing technology for a period of minimum one month
- Providing training about English learning which includes vocabulary, listening, grammar, sentence making as per American teaching methodology.
- Trainees are collected through advertisement in national newspaper and selected through proper interview.
Minimum educational qualification we look for is Bachelor with at least 3 years of working experience: for particular job, the selection criterion is Master degree holder with at least 2 years; professional experience.
