STATBD has its own HRD policy in the field of IT. Several programs have been undertaken in this regard.

 

  1. Learn by doing software projects which develops trainee by learning software through doing projects not only by learning programming syntax; introduction the methods, within three to four months of training, a trainee become a complete programmer.
  2. Providing training about Basics of Computing technology for a period of minimum one month
  3. Providing training about English learning which includes vocabulary, listening, grammar, sentence making as per American teaching methodology. 
  4. Trainees are collected through advertisement in national newspaper and selected through proper interview.

 

Minimum educational qualification we look for is Bachelor with at least 3 years of working experience: for particular job, the selection criterion is Master degree holder with at least 2 years; professional experience.
